Right of withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

There is no right of withdrawal for customers who act as entrepreneurs within the meaning of the law.

2. Start of the Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins on the day on which the customer or a person designated by him (who is not the shipping service provider) has received the goods.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).

The use of the sample withdrawal form below is voluntary and not mandatory.

4. Adherence to the Deadline

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if the notification of withdrawal is sent before the fourteen-day period expires.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided their seal has been removed after delivery.

This particularly applies to food such as matcha, tea, or comparable products. A return is only possible if the goods are unopened and sealed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

1. Refund

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will immediately refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the withdrawal notice was received by us.

Additional costs incurred due to a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

2. Means of Reimbursement

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged to the customer for this.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until proof of return has been provided.

3. Return of Goods

The goods must be returned to us no later than fourteen days after the declaration of withdrawal.

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

4. Loss of Value

Compensation for loss of value is only to be paid if the loss of value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
